Our respite service in Dyce provides fun, safe, enjoyable, quality respite visits for children and adults with learning disabilities. As well as supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living such as personal care, medication and meal preparation our respite users like to make the most of their respite visit so you will also support them to participate in a variety of outings and activities, both within the respite service and out with.
Our current shift patterns at our Dyce respite service are usually based on a three-week rolling rota with a requirement to work a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts, including sleepovers.
This opportunity is benefitted for candidates with similar experience or someone who has care experience and looking for a fast-paced environment. You do not need extensive qualifications to begin your career with us. If you are caring, share our values, possess a positive attitude, and consistently strive to perform at your best, this role could be ideal for you. We offer an excellent induction and training programme that will equip you with all the necessary skills, as well as on-the-job qualifications.
